WATER

IRRIGATION
A 200mm shrouded centrifugal pump powered by a 60 kw three phase motor pumping at 120 L/sec supplying through a 300mm PVC main to the top of river bank transferring to 350mm underground poly main to a bubbler in the supply channel for the irrigator to draw from.
The irrigation development comprises approximately 100 hectares currently irrigated by a Reinke Lateral irrigator approximately 500 metre's wide and travelling a length of 2 kilometres. Potential to utilise a further 60 hectares for irrigation.
The fences are predominately four barb with steel and wood posts with internal fencing in the leucaena being divided with electric fencing.
The property is sub-divided into five main paddocks with a lane way to the yards.
CULTIVATION
Cunningham Leucaena has been established in the past five years with Katambora Rhodes planted between the 8 metre rows. Previously cash crops including chickpea, navy beans, millet, sorghum and wheat have been successfully grown.
