Broadlea and Letchfords, Theodore, Queensland

Broadlea and Letchfords are situated 5-6* kilometres east of Theodore. Theodore is located 210* kilometres south of the city of Rockhampton, 105* kilometres south west of the regional town of Biloela and is situated in the Banana Shire.

Broadlea
Broadlea has an area of 647* hectares (1,600* acres). The country comprises predominately of easy undulating brigalow and softwood scrub with brown to red self-mulching cracking clay soils which tend to stoney in parts. Broadlea has been developed as a mixed grazing and cultivation property, with some areas developed to Leucaena.
145* hectares (359* acres) cultivation area.
105* hectares (260* acres) planted with Leucaena at various stages of growth.
397* hectares (981* acres) former cultivation area now utilized for pastures, and other balance areas (dams, laneways, etc.)
